✽ told me I’m going back to the gym tomorrow morning
✽ that I’m having plastic surgery this july
✽ and now wants me to go look at houses for sale with her
Mother, I love you, but I can’t take a week of this. I’m gonna be suicidal by wednesday.

giiiiiirl, you not alone! Tb sofro quando vou visitar minha mãe pq sei que…bem, que não vai ser que nem a Lorelai/Rory, mas sim Lorelai/Emily.
Minha mãe é sempre Emily, juro por deus que inclusive se parecem.
Liguei ainda agorinha pra saber se estão chegando, se tá tudo bem e ela atende com “O que é?”.

it’s kind of fancy, it’s spicy language, but it’s not uncommon.
I kind of hate when they use a word like that. Viable means exactly the same thing, it’s easier and it’s similar to the portuguese <viável> and I can recognize it! I could never guess what the fuck feasible means...

Emily: I don't have any baby pictures of your mother.

Emily: Because, when your mother was 7, I came downstairs and found her burning all of her baby pictures.

I’m studying for my ESOL test and I swear, I never even heard of half of these expressions.
I think the Cambridge people are just making stuff up.

This is psychological torture
I don’t know what time they are getting here so every time a car passes by, I have a mini heart attack. Mothers are supposed to love you and make you feel good about yourself, right? Am I the only one who is terrified by the idea of spending a week in the same house with the woman who gave me birth? And she is skinnier than me, that’s just unnatural.
I had coffee
I love life.
My mother is coming to eat my heart out, but I had coffee.
I’m ok.
And I have netflix.
I’m gonna buy a brownie.
I’ll be fine.
And flowers.
I like flowers.
I am this close to calling my therapist for the first time in two years.
I need more coffee.
I actually miss going to the gym
But now I’m gonna work out in a fancy new gym… and I’m quite afraid of it.
See, I’m the kind of girl who dresses full Lesbian Robin to work out.
I see loads of bullying in my future.
